About the Role A Sales Professional at our Lansell Square, Kangaroo Flat store, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Provide one‐on‐one, personalised customer service to help shoppers find their ideal jewellery pieces. Achieve set sales targets and KPIs. Complete in‐house training to stay current on product knowledge, sales skills, and company policies. Handle operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping. Qualifications & Requirements Exceptional 1‐on‐1 selling skills and outstanding customer service. Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
