Medical Receptionist – Serpentine Medical Centre Are you a people person who thrives in a busy environment and loves helping others? Serpentine Medical Centre is looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team. Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday What you'll be doing:
· Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome
· Managing appointments and phone enquiries
· Processing payments and Medicare claims
· Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
· Supporting our doctors and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly What we're looking for:
· Previous medical administration experience
· Experienced with Best Practice software
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· A positive attitude and genuine care for people
· The ability to stay calm, efficient, and professional in a busy practice What's on offer:
