Finance & Operations/Supply Chain Administrator (Victoria)

Our client is a global healthcare diagnostics organisation supporting laboratories and healthcare providers across Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking a Finance & Operations/Supply Chain Administrator to join their ANZ team in a broad and varied role spanning finance, supply chain, customer administration, and operational support. About the Role Reporting to the Finance & Supply Chain Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the business, including:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
- Month-end reporting and general ledger support
- Budgeting and forecasting assistance
- Customer invoicing and ERP system maintenance
- Inventory, logistics, and supply chain administration
- Coordination with third-party logistics providers
- Reporting and data analysis using Excel
- Audit and compliance support
- Customer and internal stakeholder enquiries About You To be successful, you will ideally bring:
- Degree qualifications in Accounting
- 3+ years' experience in finance, operations, or supply chain administration
- Experience supporting month-end close activities
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, and general ledger processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience (Infor M3 highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry will be highly regarded. What's on Offer
