- Visa (Optional) Position Details Job Reference: 4007 Position Title: Registered Nurse Graduate Program Classification: YP2 Salary per hour (exc. super): $41.36 Hours per fortnight: 64 Employment Status: Fixed Term Part Time Other Requirements: 2026 Flu Vaccination Closing date: 24/05/2026 Program Overview The Graduate Program provides an opportunity for newly registered nurses and midwives to transition to professional practice in a structured and supported 12‑month program. Graduates are supported to consolidate and develop clinical and professional competence, in line with Registered Nurse standards of practice, commensurate with the expected level and experience of a beginning practitioner. The Aged Care programme includes a comprehensive induction and orientation, supernumerary time, supported learning and development opportunities/study days, debriefing and clinical support. Following the successful completion of the 12‑month programme graduates are matched to ongoing positions at Bendigo Health, which may be in a particular unit or in our acute, mental health or residential aged care pool.
