- Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
- Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Bendigo office.
- Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a robust focus on work‑life balance.
- Collaborate with a passionate local multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
- Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture. About You
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for SPA registration.
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check. Benefits
