Role Overview Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions. Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Bendigo office. Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work‑life balance. Collaborate with a passionate local multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact. Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential. - You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in speech pathology and hold or have applied for SPA registration.
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check. FOR RECENT GRADUATES 360 GO is National 360’s 12‑month Graduate Program, designed to support your transition from university into a confident and capable clinician. Recognised nationally, the program provides simulated practice, hands‑on learning, theoretical training, weekly 1:1 clinical supervision & mentoring and personalised development pathways.
