- Join a vibrant, energetic community of educators in a fun, supportive environment. About The Role As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll:
- Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5
- 12 years of age.
- Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
- Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
- Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly. Hours: 6:30am – 9:00am & 2:30pm – 6:30pm, plus weekly admin hours! Monday to Friday only — no weekend work! About You You are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it’s not essential. You Will Have
- Completed, working towards or willing to enrol in an ACECQA approved Diploma Level qualification. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit
- Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in the relevant state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
- National Child Safety Training Certificate, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety Certificates.
