In , I-MED Radiology's clinic network expanded across the Sydney Metropolitan Region following the acquisitions of Radiology Group located in Sydney's North West. The role is apart-time position, working shifts between8:00am-5pm Monday to Friday. Role Overview As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers. What We're Looking For
