About the Role An opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to step into a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties. You’ll work closely with your dedicated leasing team and leadership group, allowing you to focus on managing relationships and delivering a high level of service without being overloaded. This is a Monday to Friday position with flexibility and work‑from‑home options available. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a residential portfolio of 150 properties
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Monitor and manage rental arrears
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Complete rental reviews and lease renewals
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Represent clients at QCAT hearings when required What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in Property Management
- Experience with Property Me highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication and relationship‑building ability
- High attention to detail and proactive approach
