Casual Receptionist for Holiday Resort
- Immediate Start
We have a vacancy for a Casual Receptionist at a popular Holiday Resort in Broadbeach.
The role will include however not limited to;
Welcoming and checking in and out guests Reservation management, processing bookings and payments Answering holiday guest’s enquiries Provide local knowledge to guests Inspection of Holiday units prior to guests’ arrival. Showing of permanent rental units to prospective tenants. Arrange maintenance for reported issues Keeping the work area (reception) clean and tidy.
To be considered for the position you must have.
RLA preferred but not essential. A minimum of 2 years Holiday Resort experience. Friendly, warm and welcoming manner to greet holiday guests. Knowledge of Management Software and Maintenance Requests. Knowledge of Trust Accounting preferred but not essential. Solid Administration and Hotel Reception Skills. Capable to work independently and as part of a small team.
On offer is a competitive hourly rate with. Weekend work will also be required at times.
