We are launching a brand-current large-format retail store in Bundall and are looking for a hands-on leader who wants to be part of building something from the ground up — shaping team culture, driving performance, and setting the standard from day one.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and help build a high-performing, engaged team.

Your focus will be on: Leading from the front on the shop floor Coaching and developing team members to lift performance Driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience Managing stock, VM, and operational standards Creating a positive, accountable team environment.
