- Lead recruitment activities, including job briefs, screening, interviews and onboarding.

- Use workforce data to inform hiring decisions and support operational needs.

- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, labour hire, or workforce planning.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Operational recruitment experience (manufacturing or logistics ideal).
- High attention to compliance, detail, and workforce data.
