We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and grow our construction arm. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with deep technical capability, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to run construction with autonomy and confidence. The role reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full ownership of construction delivery across multiple high-end residential projects. Your mandate is simple: ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, on budget, and to an exceptional standard – with clear reporting and no surprises.

This role is ideal for a leader who is equally comfortable on site, in programmes and forecasts, and at the executive table. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the construction division, including site managers, supervisors, and project teams
- Take full responsibility for programme, forecasting, and scheduling across all projects
- Drive construction methodology, buildability, and technical problem‑solving from early stages through delivery
- Ensure accurate cost forecasting, progress tracking, and risk management
- Provide clear, concise reporting to the GM so broader business decisions can be made with confidence
- Uphold and continually improve construction systems, processes, and standards
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all sites
- Identify efficiencies and improvements that enhance delivery without compromising quality About You

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager within high-end residential construction
- Strong technical construction background with the ability to resolve complex build issues
- Highly competent in programming, scheduling, and forecasting (you know the numbers, not just the builds)
- Natural leader who commands respect on site and within the business
