HSE Advisor (Gold Coast)

About the Role BDCM Services Pty Ltd (BDCM) is looking for a HSE Advisor to join our Burleigh Heads team. We are a builder specialising in high‐end residential mixed‐use projects throughout the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions, managing works in excess of $100M, and we want your expertise to grow and maintain our safety culture. Responsibilities

- Site‐based role located just a stone's throw from Burleigh Heads beach.
- Manage safety on site by building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead inductions, oversee compliance tasks, and support overall safety site management. Qualifications and Experience

- Knowledge of current WHS legislation requirements.
- Previous experience on high‐rise residential developments in excess of $30M.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a safety management position.
- Relevant industry and tertiary qualifications in construction.
- Experience in residential construction or related industry background.
- Familiarity with Hammer Tech and Procore is ideal.
