Retail Manager - Centre Management (Gold Coast)

Are you an experienced Retail or Assistant Centre Manager ready to take the next step in your career? The Client Our Client is a Major Landlord with a substantial portfolio of shopping centres across the state. This is a rare chance to join a highly respected brand and take ownership of the operational functions of the Shopping Centre. The Role As Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre, ensuring the smooth management of tenancy matters, lease administration, financial reporting and stakeholder engagement. You'll act as the central point of contact for tenants and be responsible for driving strong outcomes across sales, compliance, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Tenancy management including lease dealings, variations, assignments, and renewals
- Building strong relationships with tenants, ensuring compliance with site rules and lease terms
- Overseeing retail sales reporting, trends, and performance commentary
- Managing budgets, forecasts, arrears and debtor management processes
- Conducting regular inspections of the centre to ensure the highest operational standards
- Leading retail stakeholder engagement and acting as a key representative during centre activations About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Retail or Centre Management
- Strong financial acumen and lease administration expertise
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- The ability to balance operational detail with a strong customer and tenant focus
