We are a medium sized RTO, with our head office based in Robina. We are well known for being the go‐to training provider in our sector. About the Role We're looking for a high‐performing Senior Administrator to join Saltera Training, with a clear pathway into a future Operations Manager position. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of administrative experience to be considered for this senior role. This is not a standard admin role. It's broad, but very rewarding. The person will see personal growth, working with leadership and the owners directly. You'll sit directly under our COO and act as the key link between systems, compliance, and day‐to‐day team execution. Your job is to ensure that what gets designed at a leadership level is clearly understood, implemented, and executed by the team.

- this role is for you. Saltera is a small RTO with a big reach across QLD and National, and we are growing. The team works hard for each other and celebrates each other's achievements. We effectively are looking for a central person who can connect everyone, as we are spread out.

Saltera is part of a larger group, you'll be surrounded by other great companies. We do 2 events a month, full team meetings with lunch, and general get‐together events. Essential requirement: Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and understanding compliance is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities

- Quoting & Client Coordination: Prepare and manage all client quotes and proposals, ensure accuracy, pricing consistency, and timely turnaround; liaise with the National Manager to coordinate clients and internal teams to progress opportunities.
- Systems & Compliance Execution: Work closely with the COO to implement and maintain operational systems; ensure compliance requirements are followed across all admin processes; assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Communication & Translation: Act as the communication bridge between the COO and the wider team; take high‐level direction and break it into assigned responsibilities and deadlines.
- Team Support & Coordination: Support admin staff and trainers with day‐to‐day operational needs; identify bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly; keep workflows moving efficiently across the business.
- Multitasking & Prioritisation: Manage multiple priorities across quoting, admin, compliance, and operations; maintain high attention to detail while working at speed; stay organised in a quick‐moving environment.
