What You’ll Be Doing
Front‑of‑House Legend — greet visitors, manage calls, and be the friendly voice of the business
Scheduling & Coordination — book appointments, manage calendars, support estimating timelines
Quote Support — assist with preparing accurate project quotations
Fleet Management — keep vehicle servicing and compliance on track
WHS Support — help maintain documentation and compliance (bonus if you’ve done this before)
SiteDocs experience — highly valued but not essential
What You Bring
Strong office admin experience (construction industry experience is essential)
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator who can work independently and with the team
WHS familiarity is an advantage
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn recent systems
