As our Marketing Executive Members, you will play a pivotal role in driving property visitation and acquisition to our loyalty program, The Star Club, through thrilling promotions and world-class member only events.

With a focus on crafting unforgettable experiences, you will be responsible for developing and driving marketing campaigns that captivate our diverse audience.

A few of your responsibilities: Deliver marketing activities (including promotions, entertainment, customer communications, advertising and events) and ensure all activity is aligned with brand direction and business goals Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations that drive customer engagement and repeat visitation Leverage key seasonal occasions to grow revenue and drive visitation Manage multiple communication channels and audiences to increase brand presence and customer connection

What we are looking for: Proven experience in marketing with a robust track record of delivering successful campaigns (gaming and/or hospitality marketing highly regarded) Robust stakeholder management and the ability to work cross-functionally with ease Excellent written and verbal communication skills A creative, curious mindset with a passion for customer-led marketing Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks) Flexible availability to meet business demands and attend events when needed
