Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Responsibilities
Depot roll‐in and roll‐out every day to ensure vehicles are departing safely and on time Monitor fleet cleanliness Monitor driver presentation and uniforms Tracking fleet movements Use of radio communications (two‐way communication) May be required to have the after‐hours mobile for one week with training provided Assist with location coordination for large movements such as full school inter‐athletics carnivals Schedule day‐to‐day fleet movements Additional tasks as required Assist with Sales Manager to set sale tasks
Qualifications
Knowledge of the administration and implementation of fatigue management strategies (preferred but not essential) Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work as a team member Robust decision‐making and problem‐solving skills Ability to multi‐task Demonstrated commitment to providing high quality customer care Previous experience in a similar position preferred but not essential HR licence and a Driver's Authority (highly preferred) Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Office
This role is 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
