Employing 9 full time staff and multiple sub-contractors, they have grown to become one of Brisbane’s most reputable boutique construction companies.

About The Role:

Reporting to the director and the Senior PM/CA you will support the business as a Construction Site Supervisor.Working projects across Residential, Insurance, Commercial and Fit-Out you will be hands on with your approach to leadership and have a strong commitment to safety.

Salary is highly competitive and negotiable pending experience and skills. Position will come with a car allowance, Super + Flexibility.

This position is full time and permanent and can offer you a long term and rewarding secure career.

About You:

You will have 2+ years as a Site Supervisor in Residential / Commercial / Fit-out Construction

QBCC Open Builders Supervisors Licence

Experience working in a similar role in Australia

Solid subcontractor and trades management skills

History of delivering projects on time and under budget

Positive and Can-Do hands on manager

Not afraid to lead by example

Full driver's licence
