* Trade qualifications are ideal, but strong hands-on experience is essential
* 2–5+ years of Foreman experience with a reputable company
* Experience on projects valued over $100M is highly desirable

This brand-new development features two 14-storey towers positioned above a three-storey podium, forming a premium vertical retirement village in partnership with a respected aged care provider. The project blends high-end residential living with integrated community care and safety is at the heart of everything we do.

Opportunity: You will have proven experience delivering commercial/residential projects as a Foreman, with solid expertise in finishes. You will be skilled at driving productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality on every project.

It is preferential that you have experience working in a tier 1 construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes. This particular project run till late 2027.
