The ROLE This is a pivotal role with responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from conception to final completion, within HSE, quality, budget, and program requirements.
- Will provide overall leadership and management of the project team
- Leads by example and further develops our Safety 1st Always Works behaviours and attitudes within the workforce
- Takes time to understand our clients' needs along with expectations and aims to exceed them

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Extensive project management experience with regards to road infrastructure projects (TMR experience will be highly regarded)
- Sound professional engineering knowledge to identify and resolve issues
- Effective leadership and people management skills
- Sound negotiating skills and extensive experience in negotiating within a contractual environment
- Excellent competency in project delivery and financial reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- Ability to work away from home when required
