Hi, I'm Julie, business owner of our dietetics practice. In my role I became curious about two important questions: 1. We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist But not just any receptionist… When you join our practice, you are the Director of First Impressions. You help create the calm. You set the tone. You are often the first voice and the first face our clients meet — sometimes on very vulnerable days. Put simply, you are an invaluable part of our clients' journey and our team. This role will suit you if you:
- Love connecting with people and communicating warmly
- Have outstanding attention to detail and enjoy being organised
- Value learning, growth, and doing things well
- Work comfortably as part of a team and independently
- Care deeply about kindness, respect, and compassionate care
- Have a minimum of 2 years' receptionist experience
- Possess mandatory customer service experience
