We’re looking for an experienced and passionate **Conference & Events Manager on a fixed term 10 month contract**to join our team and lead the way in creating memorable moments for our guests and clients.

**Your day to day**

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the Event Planning and Weddings teams, as well as coordinate operational plans to meet hotel sales targets. You will review client feedback and continually assess product offerings to elevate the guest experience. This is a pivotal role within our resort, ensuring that exceptional guest service is at the heart of everything we do.
- Lead and inspire the Conference, Events, and Weddings teams to deliver flawless, world-class experiences.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through innovative event solutions.
- Review guest feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

**What we’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in managing conferences, events, or weddings in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
