Cleaning Supervisor - Holiday Property Cleaning (Gold Coast)

**About the role**: We are urgently seeking a part time Cleaning/Housekeeping Supervisor to work on **Saturdays and Sundays**, from **10am to 3pm**, moving from site to site on the Gold Coast checking Airbnb properties.

**Activities**:

- Inspect the areas cleaned by cleaners and rectify what needs to be rectified to ensure the area is cleaned to a high standard.
- Report to management after each inspection, informing what was needed to be rectified, any maintenance needed, and any damage found.
- Notify contractors of any job underperformed and also recognize the outstanding performances.
- Move from site to site checking holiday properties and commercial properties all around the Gold Coast, QLD.
- Supervising and training cleaners.
- Check the stock level of cleaning materials and equipment as well as linen and amenities, and reporting to management what needs to be restocked.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment, materials, linen, and amenities are maintained organised and safe for use.
- Receive deliveries of linen, amenities and cleaning materials and restock shelves when required.
- Cover absences and perform cleaning duties when necessary.
- Provide guidance to contractors working on site.
- Participate and manage contractors in large cleaning projects when required.
- Deliver linen and amenities when required.
- Liaise with the management on a daily basis regarding current tasks assisting in the planning of future tasks.
- Liaise with clients and guests on a daily basis and problem-solving clients issues and enquires.
- Communicate with clients informing when the properties are ready for guests.
- Handle clients' keys and return keys to lock boxes or key boxes in a timely manner.
- Report to management at the end of each day with all the tasks completed and anything pending to the next day.

**What we are Looking For**:

- Desired experience as a Cleaning or Housekeeping Supervisor
- Necessary experience as a cleaner and/or housekeeper
- Necessary to have your own trusted car and valid drivers' licence
- Availability every weekend (day shift only)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Team worker

**Benefits**: Travel allowance
- 0.99c per Km travelled between properties.

Office located in Ashmore and most properties located between Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads.

Pay: From $41.20 per hour
