We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Marine Tour Guide (Tour Leader) to join our luxury superyacht team on the stunning Gold Coast. From majestic whale sightings to breathtaking sunsets, you’ll lead exclusive tours that showcase the natural beauty and wonder of Queensland’s coastal waters.

Key Responsibilities

As our on-board Marine Tour Guide, you will:

- Lead whale watching and sunset tours, providing engaging commentary on marine life, local landmarks, and ecological or cultural significance.
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout every journey.
- Deliver compelling storytelling and factual insights that enrich the tour experience.
- Coordinate logistics including timing, guest services, and onboard amenities.
- Offer tailored recommendations on local attractions and activities post-tour.
- Field guest questions and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Continuously update your knowledge of marine environments, Gold Coast history, and local Indigenous heritage.
- Maintain accurate logs of tour activity, guest feedback, and incidents.

Who You Are
- Energetic and outgoing with a passion for marine life and ocean experiences.
- Experienced in marine sciences, tourism, hospitality, or marine guiding roles.
- Skilled in public speaking and engaging diverse audiences.
- Knowledgeable about the Gold Coast region and Australian marine ecosystems.
- Comfortable on the water and ideally experienced working aboard vessels.
- First Aid and CPR certified (or willing to obtain).
- Language skills beyond English are a plus.
- Open to flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
