Spa Receptionist - The Star Gold Coast

As a **Spa Receptionist**, you will play a crucial role in providing flawless administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Azure Spa. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and will have the prospect to showcase your exceptional customer service skills. Your attention to detail and ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere will be instrumental in delivering an unforgettable spa experience.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with all spa enquiries
- Maximise Spa bookings, upselling, rebooking where possible
- Treatment check-in/check-out of guests
- Ensure guest profiles are up-to-date and detail changes are promptly updated in our Spa Software system

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Flexible availability for rotational weekend work
- Ability to provide post treatment advice and assist with retail sales
- Currently hold (or be willing to obtain) a nationally recognised RSA Statement of Attainment
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
