Daimler Trucks Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead an established Service Department of approximately 20 team members.

Within a collaborative and results‑driven environment, you will take full responsibility for service operations, team performance, safety, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Service Department, driving performance and engagement Oversee all service and repair operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and turnaround targets are met Maintain a strong customer‑first approach, resolving issues and building lasting relationships Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards Identify and implement practical improvements to processes and performance Provide explicit daily oversight of workloads, resources, and priorities

About You

Proven experience leading a service department within the automotive industry Confident managing teams and day‑to‑day operations Strong customer focus with a practical, solutions‑driven mindset Safety‑focused leader who leads by example Clear communicator who works well with senior leadership and peers
