Signage Project Manager Gold Coast

About the role

We are looking for a Signage Project Manager on a full‐time basis to join our team in Varsity Lakes to assist with the delivery of signage projects for national rollouts.

Providing estimations and quotations. Regular communication with stakeholders. Sub‐contractor and stakeholder management. Coordination of installations from start to finish. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and schedules. Overseeing budgets, variations and reporting. Improving operational systems and workflows. Supporting national rollout and structural projects. Building strong client and contractor relationships. Interpreting and explaining plans to stakeholders. Monitoring projects for compliance with building and safety requirements and other regulations.

About you

You will have: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a signage project manager. A proven track record of successfully managing multi‐site projects from conception to completion.

The ability to do the following: Read and interpret plans. Understand technical drawings, including workshop drawings. Stay calm under pressure and respond professionally. A strong knowledge of the fabrication process of signage. Excellent relationship skills with an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
