We are seeking a

Crushing Lead / Manager

to take charge of our crushing crew. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced operator who is confident managing people while ensuring crushing operations run safely, efficiently, and productively.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Supervising a crushing crew (4–5 staff) and ensuring daily targets are met.

Operating loaders and other crushing/screening equipment when required.

Managing and maintaining crushing, screening, and

soil processing

equipment.

Monitoring production for quality, efficiency, and safety.

Training and mentoring crew members.

Liaising with management and following site directives.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven experience in crushing operations and loader operation.

Leadership skills and confidence in supervising a small team.

Knowledge of recycled concrete products & soils.

A strong track record of working safely.

Construction Industry White Card.

Front End Loader RII.

Excavator RII.

Be reliable, presentable, and safety-conscious.

MR/HR/HC Truck licence would be an advantage but not a requirement.

Availability to work Saturdays as required.
