Role Summary Support the governance structure for major projects in QLD Long Term Contract Role About Our Client You will be a part of a well-established, large Government Department, recognised for its commitment to delivering effective and effective services. They are responsible for planning, design, construction and maintenance of state-controlled road infrastructure. Job Description The duties involved in this role include: Provide advice and assistance on dashboard development to track project risks, issues, spend against budget and to demonstrate compliance to key business areas. Preparation of and analysis of financial and risk documentation, reviewing financial data. Preparation of agendas and minutes for program and project leadership meetings, steering committees and program boards. Creation, development and review of dashboards ensuring the projects are showing appropriate information to inform leadership teams. Project programming including monthly program updates to Project Managers & Project Directors. Monthly reporting of Project / Program performance utilizing 3PCM software. Monthly risk management review and reporting. Provide advice on governance structure and reporting requirements to program and project managers and project team members to contribute to effective management of infrastructure programs and projects. Preparation and review of project and program information for advice to the Federal Government. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate for this role should have: A solid understanding of governance practices and compliance requirements, ideally within the Public Sector. Previous experience using PowerBi or advanced Microsoft excel skills. Previous experience in preparation and presentation of agendas and minutes for technical meetings and boards. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
