Operating in an asset-heavy, multi-site environment with a dynamic and evolving business structure, the organisation is entering an important stage of growth and strategic development and is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to join the Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will operate across both strategic and operational finance, partnering closely with leadership while maintaining robust visibility across the financial and commercial drivers of the business. The role will play a key part in strengthening financial infrastructure, improving reporting visibility and supporting the business through its next phase of growth and long-term strategic planning. Key areas of focus include:

- Financial leadership, visibility and performance improvement
- Cashflow forecasting, funding and financial modelling
- Board and leadership reporting
- Development of dashboards, visual reporting and commercial insights to support fast decision-making
- Commercial analysis and operational performance visibility
- Systems, reporting and process improvement
- Multi-entity financial oversight and governance
- Supporting continued growth, scalability and enterprise value The role will suit someone who is commercially astute, analytical, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, financial clarity and decision-making are highly valued. Applicant Requirements We are seeking a commercially capable CFO or senior finance leader with demonstrated experience operating within dynamic, multi-entity, asset-heavy or operationally complex environments. You will ideally bring:

- Strong commercial finance capability
- Financial modelling and cashflow experience
- highly advantageous
- Experience supporting business growth, scalability and strategic decision-making
- Ability to produce clear, meaningful financial reporting, dashboards and insights
- Strong systems and process improvement capability
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable approach
