Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end finance operations, with a strong focus on accounts payable leadership, process improvement, and robust financial controls. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing the finance/AP team
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payment runs
- Designing and implementing finance processes, controls and policies to support scale
- Reviewing reconciliations and resolving complex discrepancies
- Preparing and delivering finance and AP reporting to senior stakeholders
- Partnering closely with internal teams to support smooth financial operations
- Supporting cash flow management, audit readiness and compliance What you'll need to succeed
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams
- High level of process improvement and systems capability
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
