**What this job involves**: The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management and day to day running of the Centre in Coolangatta.

The role directly oversees functions including the compilation and delivery of business plans, budgets and forecasts, reporting, retail lease compliance including all lease associated payments, debt management, retail store liaison, marketing strategy and event execution, regular & accurate client reporting and stakeholder management.

- Experience in managing a large retail asset
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Excellent customer relationship building skills
- Exhibits robust stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and
- influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to identify opportunities that will drive income streams and drive
- overall centre performance
