- Refiner Line, you will be hands-on in running and maintaining our industrial Refiner — keeping production efficient, safe, and on schedule. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, carry out routine maintenance, and uphold the highest quality and safety standards. Working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will play a key role in maximising uptime, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. Operate and monitor the industrial Refiner, including start-up, shut-down, and control adjustments. Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and safety checks to keep equipment running smoothly. Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime. Maintain a clean and secure work area in line with GMP standards. Accurately complete production logs, quality checks, and downtime records. Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure the line is ready for operation. Operate additional equipment such as Telehandler, Wheel Loader, and Forklift as required. Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to resolve faults and drive process improvements. Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures. ABOUT YOU Previous experience as a Machine Operator in FMCG or manufacturing (Refiner or similar equipment experience a plus). Current Forklift Licence and experience with Telehandlers or Wheel Loaders, or willingness to obtain certification. Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Practical mechanical aptitude or basic maintenance experience highly valued.
