**Your future role**

We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Project Administrator**to join our team our team responsible for the maintenance of the **Gold Coast Light Rail** fleet. Based at our facility in **Southport**, you will support all aspects of the operation with a diverse range of administrative tasks. This is a 12 month fixed-term position, with the potential to extend. Start and finish times are flexible, however you will be required to support the morning customer reporting requirements between 6am and 7am (can be done remotely).

We’ll look to you for:

- Generate daily service orders from the customer’s Rails file, removing duplicates and verifying KPIs.
- Supporting indirect sourcing and procurement and receipting of goods.
- Assisting EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) to administer the Onsite Track Easy system.
- Coordinating the monthly customer reporting by collating data from all teams/functions across the operation.
- Providing commercial support and assisting our customer with insurance claims.
- Track training on On Site Track Easy and Sharepoint, book in training for the team and initiate medicals that are expiring.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the leadership team.
