**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Day Hospital Administration:

- Perform tasks related to day-to-day hospital administration.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organisational skills.- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Maintain a high level of communication with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.
- Foster positive interpersonal relationships within the organisation.- Attention to Detail:

- Pay meticulous attention to administrative processes and documentation.

This position directly reports to the Practice Manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As the Medical Receptionist you will need:
- Hospital Billing Experience and Hospital Coding Experience are highly desirable- Patient Skills: Exceptional abilities in interpersonal communication, both in person and over the phone.- Language Proficiency: Possess an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.- Computer Literacy: Demonstrates a high level of computer literacy.- Growth Mindset: Shows a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

It is required for you to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
