Customer Service Assistant (Yard Person / Driver) (Gold Coast)

Join our awesome Gold Coast team! We're hiring a Customer Service Assistant for a full time role, where your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on equipment, availability, and pricing. Maintain the presentation and smooth operation of the branch, including the showroom, yard, and storage areas. Inspect, clean, service, and prepare hire equipment to a high standard. Coordinate with operations and workshop teams to ensure timely equipment availability and readiness. Manage equipment logistics, including safe loading/unloading, deliveries and pickups, and providing safe-use demonstrations to customers. If you have the skills, energy, and a can‐do attitude, we want to hear from you! What We Are Looking For Previous experience in the hire, construction industry or a similar customer facing type role. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment. Genuine interest in machinery and equipment (training will be provided). Positive attitude and a collaborative team player. Proficiency in basic computer applications. An LR licence (or higher) and/or a forklift licence will be highly regarded.
