Conveyancing Paralegal - Bundall (Gold Coast)

A well‐established and progressive law firm based in Bundall is seeking an experienced Conveyancing/Property Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Property Law department that values its people and offers a genuinely supportive environment. The Role In this role, you will work closely with the PropertyTeam on a range of residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing matters, leasing and OTP matters. First and final letters Following up on outstanding conditions Preparation of legal documents Conducting online searches PEXA settlements and settlement statements Liaising with clients and handling billing processes And general file management duties About You To be successful in this role, you will bring the following experience and attributes: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property or Conveyancing Paralegal Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients Highly organised with strong attention to detail Professional presentation and a proactive, team‐focused approach The Law Firm
