Paraplanning Manager (Gold Coast)

About the role Lead the paraplanning function, write SOA's and complex ROA's, and support client delivery. Manage workflow across the team while acting as a senior technical resource. The ideal candidate can also be authorised and act as a servicing adviser, partnering closely with the Director and stepping in for client meetings on occasion. Write 1-2 SOA's weekly including SMSF, LRBA, insurance and estates strategies, plus complex ROA's Manage paraplanning team workflow and output quality Provide technical assistance across strategies and plans Support client meetings as backup servicing adviser (preferable) Skills & Experience Strong paraplanning expertise across complex strategies Experience with SMSF, LRBA, insurance and estate planning strategies Relevant tertiary level studies preferred Advanced SOA/ROA preparation and review skills Proficient in Xplan and investment platforms Ideally can be authorised and manage some client meetings Benefits Above market remuneration: $100k – $150k + super (experience dependent) Transparent pathway to equity within 5 years Exposure to HNW and complex client strategies Career development and ongoing training support Onsite parking #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3qkomb
