About the role We are seeking a diligent and organised Client Service Administrator to join our growing Accounting Team in Bundall, Queensland. This full‐time role will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and administrative assistance to our valued clients. Responsibilities Setting up corporate structuring documents for new and existing clients Responding to client inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner Managing client files and records to ensure accuracy and organisation Assisting with the preparation of client financial documents packages Collaborating with the accounting and advisory teams to provide seamless client service Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar client service or administrative role, preferably in the accounting, legal or financial services industry Experience and knowledge in corporate structuring such as setting up new companies and trusts for clients Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Experience with Xero, XPM and ACIS is a big plus Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook Passion for working in a fast‐paced, client‐focused environment Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Benefits Market-competitive salary based on your experience Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Early finish each Friday at 3pm Organised staffing events A friendly and inclusive team culture #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3qkzpj
