The Role As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be managing Queensland residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Responsibilities Deal with clients, agents, brokers and other solicitors Contract perusal and online searches Follow up on outstanding conditions Prepare settlement statements and conduct PEXA settlements General file management duties Experience Minimum of 3 years experience as a Queensland Conveyancing Paralegal.
