ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As the Part-Time Dual Site Concession Manager at Review Pacific Fair & Robina, you'll be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and fostering a strong, high-performing team. You'll lead daily operations, coach and develop your staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly and stylishly. With a keen eye for fashion and a passion for retail, you'll inspire both customers and your team every day. This is a Part Time 30 Hours per week, with a Tuesday-Saturday roster. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization. Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment. Train, develop, and support staff, ensuring they have the product knowledge and customer service skills needed to succeed. Build strong customer relationships and offer personalized styling advice. ABOUT YOU Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store atmosphere. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and staff. Highly organized, with strong time-management skills to manage daily operations efficiently. A keen eye for detail in visual merchandising, styling and store presentation. Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
