Description
As we continue to scale globally, we are expanding our Paid Performance team and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimisation of our paid digital strategy across key markets including the US, UK and Australia. This role is built for a true growth operator: someone who has scaled paid media budgets, broken into new international markets and treats every dollar of spend as an investment with measurable return. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and highly analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce workplace and wants to make a direct impact on global growth. Key Responsibilities Own and scale performance marketing execution across all acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic and emerging platforms Develop and execute a global growth roadmap, identifying and prioritising scale opportunities in both current and new markets, and the channel mix required to scale profitably Manage the monthly media buying budget across multiple currencies and markets, balancing efficiency with growth targets Set, monitor and optimise efficiency metrics including ROAS, NC ROAS, MER, CAC, payback period and contribution margin, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and LTV:CAC ratios Build and run a structured experimentation roadmap covering creative testing, audience expansion, bidding strategies, landing page optimisation and incrementality testing Localise creative, copy and offer strategy by market in partnership with the creative team, ensuring relevance across the US, UK, AU and future expansion markets Partner closely with the Digital Director on forecasting, budget planning and quarterly growth targets Work collaboratively with the Performance Marketing Specialist to support campaign strategy, implementation and team development Drive measurement and attribution maturity, including MMM, incrementality testing, server‐side tracking (CAPI), consent mode and post‐iOS14 measurement frameworks Partner with CRM, retention and lifecycle teams to ensure paid acquisition feeds into a strong full‐funnel customer journey Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes within the performance marketing function and across supporting teams Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers, agencies and external partners, leveraging betas and alpha access wherever possible Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging channels, AI‐driven media buying tools, awards and brand recognition initiatives Skills & Experience 5+ years in a Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Growth Marketing role, ideally in DTC or fashion eCommerce Demonstrated track record scaling paid media budgets meaningfully while maintaining or improving efficiency Hands‐on experience launching and scaling paid media in international markets, particularly the UK; experience entering net‐new geographies is highly valued Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and fluency in pulling, interrogating and acting on data Comprehensive understanding of attribution modelling, incrementality testing and MMM platforms (e.g. Northbeam, Triple Whale, Recast, Measured) Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with working knowledge of TikTok Ads, Pinterest, YouTube; programmatic is highly regarded Strong grasp of GA4, server‐side tracking, CAPI implementation and the post‐privacy measurement landscape Creative eye: ability to brief, evaluate and iterate on direct response creative at velocity Commercial mindset: comfortable speaking the language of margin, payback and LTV, not just ROAS Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‐functional and cross‐timezone teams Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment with shifting priorities Perks Generous employee discounts Team events and social activities Beautiful brand new office Dog‐friendly office Fully stocked pantry with snacks and beverages Birthday leave to celebrate your day Hybrid working model + so much more #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3qlcbb
