Medical Receptionist (Bundall)

Medical reception role available in a busy gastroenterologist clinic, for an individual demonstrating the following key skills: 1. Exceptional customer service 2. Attention to detail 3. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy medical reception Experience required: 1. Minimum 1 yr experience working in a medical reception setting required, specialist practice would be an advantage 2. Can demonstrate workable knowledge of Genie or similar medical software 3. References required. Core responsibilities: 1. Managing appointment book and theatre list bookings 2. Billing 3. Patient and referring doctor correspondence and letters 4. Communicating procedure information to patients
