Our confidential client has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, multi-residential and mixed-use developments and is now seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support continued project growth. Your new role Working closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team, you will take a lead role in the commercial management of projects, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and smooth project delivery from procurement through to final account. This is a key position offering robust autonomy and the opportunity to mentor junior team members while contributing to high-end construction outcomes. What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction industry
- Proven experience working on commercial or multi-residential projects
- Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control, and procurement processes
- Experience with AS contracts and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
