Supervisor - Insurance Building (Gold Coast)

Workfast are a specialist Labour Hire and Recruitment business based nationally across Australia.

We are working on behalf of a client who are a recognised and well known Insurance repair builder within QLD, for over 20 years. Working within commercial and domestic properties.

Our client is currently looking for an experience Insurance Supervisor to work across multiple sites within the Gold Coast area.

**_About the role_**_ -_
- Work remotely from the Gold Coast
- Responsible for the review and control of costings, scope of works, Building Methodology and contractor allocation for each job.
- Work closely with Project Management, internal trade and contractors
- You would be responsible for all pre-construction tasks including trade procurement and allocation within your area.
- Working closely with the Claims staff to ensure jobs are completed on budget and trades staff and contractors are performing to KPI requirements.
- Conducting estimations and providing building assessments on damages
- Manage allocated job files for small to medium sized repairs
- Point of contact for both internal and external Clients for trade allocation

- Willingness to travel when needed
- Estimating experience in major loss insurance building
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have the drive and passion to excel in your role
- Great work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Home building knowledge within the home renovation space
- Current Supervisor licence with experience
- Able to hit the ground running
- Ability to work unsupervised
