**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for “operational” vendor management of support Vendors.
- Lead operational communication with business line management to align business work-arounds with recovery timelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem rectification, including system changes required to prevent a recurrence of the incident
- Planning, conducting and supervising proactive maintenance activities required to ensure ongoing system operations at required SLA levels, including management of system availability, performance, data integrity & quality, system and data security
- Foster a culture of appropriately raising Risks, Issues and Incidents while driving focus on compliance activities for The Group.
- Ensures cyber and resiliency standards are uplifted and met as per Security policies.

**About you**

We’re looking for someone who has excellent problem solving skills and is customer service focused. You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and can work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. As an Application Performance Manager, you will work closely with platform delivery managers to prioritise the backlog of issues and be a key leader in driving direction and resolutions in your team.
