**About the Role**: A tremendous opportunity for an experienced Insurance Broker, or Assistant Broker ready to step-up, to join a high-quality and friendly team.

You will enjoy a fast-paced role supporting a significant portfolio of clients. This will include but is not limited to:

- Management and growth of an existing SME portfolio
- Partner up with a Senior Account Manager on some of the larger accounts
- All aspects of client servicing including quoting, placing, claims management, client database management, and insurer liaison
- Financial control and debtor management
- Implementing insurance programs
- Provision of high quality ongoing technical advice to clients
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Managing relationships with key referrers
- Delivering a high level of client service

**About You**:

- Commercial broking experience
- Tier 1 insurance broking qualification
- Comfortable with various technology and insurance software
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a growing and innovative environment
