On a day to day basis you will liaise with customers and installers, to provide exceptional after-sales support. This includes answering technical queries and troubleshooting solutions to the enquiries received by the Customer Care Team.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Generating cases via CRM to track and resolve customer enquiries
- Answering technical product/installation enquiries and troubleshooting solutions
- Liaise with operations, sales and customer care departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently
- Overseeing post solar installations and ensuring systems are commissioned as per the relevant Australian standards

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- particularly verbal communication skills that will allow quick troubleshooting over the phone by getting to the root of the issue quickly and providing a solution.
- Good organisational skills
- Technical understanding of Solar PV or direct Solar Industry experience is highly regarded
- The ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Eagerness to support all team members as required
- Proactive attitude and strong work ethic

On offer is a base salary of $70k + super, plus entry into an exciting modern business experiencing some rapid growth.
